Race crank ID

Hi, can anyone identify this crank, and is there any easy way of establishing stroke and rod length? I bought on ebay a couple of weeks ago.

and really is capable of coping with up to 20 bhp with ease.........so should be ample for your 190/225.................

Cheers guys, I should have asked before bidding really, I bunged a lowish bid in before going on holiday and was a bit suprised to find I'd won it when I got back

just as well you didnt measure it with ya wanky wickes tape measure
