Hello all

I'm getting fed up with the vibration coming from my old worries 2 handlebars / headset at certain speeds it's quite painful after awhile on long journeys does anybody make a upgrade rebuild kit , I know MBD does a late series 3 one . Any ideas

It may not be the headset,if the vibration is bad you should look at the engine mounts/silent blocks.

Also the dreaded twisted crank

My Eibar S2 does suffer from headset vibrations at around 3-4k revs but clears once it gets into the power band, but I put that down to the Scootopia engine mounts. Simple solution is to keep it in the power band

I'm rebuilding the engine over the winter so I'll change the mounts etc at 60mph it's fine at 50mph horrible
