Hi all, Ive ordered and received a new GP crossmember which is nice quality but it for some reason has come without the spring lug welded on. I've contacted the seller and they casually asked me to send it back for a refund. I'd rather avoid the hassle of posting stuff back ( again ) if I can. My question is to save a lot a pi55ing about can I buy the lug from say Scooter Res or somewhere else? Any tips where I'd find one very gratefully received.

Cheers Holty very kind offer. I can use the one off the knackered one I'm replacing if it comes to it. It's the fact I have to p155 about that's got my goat. Why sell them without the lug already welded??? I'm just going to send it back for a refund. Thanks anyway mate.

I've changed at least 4 crossmembers over the years and normally get them from Cam Lam or Scoot Res. Every time they come with the lug pre welded. This one I got from eBay from a UK seller I've used before with no issues. Then they send this out. They have obviously been stuck with a load and are trying to palm them off onto us idiot scooterists. It's really frustrating and the time and effort of repackaging to send back is time you never get back. I've had nothing but bad luck with my scooter related purchases of late...
