I need reminding, what would cause standard gp 150, 22mm delorto, af clubman to not start with kickstarter when warm? Starts fine from cold and will bump easy enough when warm, but not kickstart. Choke apears to be working, but a lot of fuel in air bellow. Cheers chaps.

You drilled a drain hole in the corner of the bellows?

If not....do so.

Id heard of that cheers, earlier bellows have a none return valve to prevent this? Just wondering why this problem has just started after 100 prob free miles since rebuild? Thanks for the reply

As suggested, the immediate problem is fuel being spat back through the carb to the extent that it puddle in the bellows. If you leave it to cool down the fuel will evaporate but if you try while it's still warm you will get the problem you describe. You can work around the problem by turning the fuel off several seconds before killing the engine and leaving it off when you re-start. This situation is mostly connected with tuned kits running a remote air filter not standard tunes. It's possible that your idle mixture is too rich for the warm weather we have been expeiencg which would explain the sudden onset.

Check the cylinder head nuts, should be due for re - torqueing, could be the problem
