Just trying to get an opinion on initial jetting set up for 30mm PHBH Delorto carb on a GP200 (indian ) with Mugello 200 (big block) at present it has 122 main jet, 70 jet on where the choke is and 55 underneath the round brass ring between the float chambers.

The bike is running an AF 42mm clubman exhaust . Any ideas on best set up ?

your pilot (55) and main (122) are in the right ballpark, what needle/atomizer are you running ? are you running through a filter ?
I would start with 55 pilot 125 main and an AV266 with an X7 needle on third clip and work up or down from that
