Mugello 186 20mm Dellorto
Running a Mugello 186 on a SH20mm with a Clubman. I love those little carbs and points!!!! Can't seem to get the jetting right and I was wondering if anyone else is running such a set up? Runs well on the main jet 118, the plug chops and low and mid revs are a decent brown colour but at full revs the plug is grayish. 120 main jet has too much 4 stroking, through the rev range. I've normally had luck with these simple carbs but this time is has me lost.

Is this the kit you replaced your 175 iron conversion with? All I can suggest through my own on going experiences with mine is go for the 120 main but try a leaner atomiser.
That said I'm running a 1.5 atomiser I had off Harry Barlow as a replacement for the 2 I was using, completely cured the four stroking I was getting.

Thanks, I'll try that. Yes is the replacement for the AF 175. I don't have time for the unreliability from those AF kits
