It is on a SX/LIS style headset but he's missed the tricky bit on round headset.
The mounting ring doesn't come pre-shaped and it's not that easy to put the dog leg in the arm that screws into the light unit. Out of the box the ring is flat.

I don't think he used the mounting ring at all did he? From what I can make out the light fastened in the rim the same way as a normal LI headset with just the tabs. We need an Italian speaker.

As far as I can see you just bend the tabs to the right shape and screw them onto the headlight unit.
