MB Taffspeed Inboard Disc Conversion Slave

Hi anyone out there with any info on the threaded Slave Cylinder used in these conversions? I have had to cut the original one out as it was seized in after sitting Idle for 20 plus years. The one I cut out have both the in valve and bleed valve on the face, but any clues at all to a replacement would be much appreciated...

The slaves would be custom made - it's not an off the shelf item - the pistons are from a mini or metro four pot caliper and are readily available as are the seal kits.
