I am fitting a mugello 198 kit to a scooter and cam lam sold him a PHBH 26 kit having said that the last one I did they recommended a PHBH 30 so they do change their minds occasionally.

What's the difference between one of these and their ultimate 205 kit? Just a longer stroke?

Yes, their Ultimate kit comes with a 60mm stroke crank. No difference to the kit itself.

My 198 kit was dynod and setup with 28phbh and 26phbh.

26 came out on top.
That was with expansion chamber. Ports just tidied and matched
heavy is good, heavy is reliable, and if it does fail, hit them with it!!!
