Exhaust slightly touching cowl bolt

Just fitted a scootopia ancillotti exhaust, nicely made and easy to fit except as per photo it's touching the head cowl bolt, a result of the packing plates fitted under the cylinder I assume.
Could leave as is but am concerned will slowly wear a hole in the pipe?
Do do I take a dremel to the bolt head? I've used a standard 8mm stainless bolt with 13mm head. Is the pukka bolt with a14mm head thinner by any chance?
Any other neat solutions?
Thanks in advance.

Here are a few thoughts on this.
One is that a packer under the barrel may not have been the cause, and the exhaust port to the top of the barrel will be the same distance.
Two is that the new pipe could be indented with a ball hammer to match the position of the bolt, with no detrimental effect.
Three, you could file-down the bolt head, as you suggest.
Four, you could move the long-nut and bolt onto a different stud.
Five, you could fit a dome-head Allen bolt instead of the hex-head bolt.
I don't think the pukka 14mm head is slimmer.

You could try a button head Allen bolt, or grind the bolt down until it no longer touches.

Thanks. Some good options Will give a dome head Allen a try first.

Slacken all exhaust bolts, wiggle till there is a gap between bolt and exhaust, wedge a (circa) 3mm shim in, then nip everything up and remove shim. If you can then see daylight between the two...start riding the fcuker. If not....dismantle, take a die-grinder to the bolt head, and repeat steps outlined above.

shorten the long cylinder nut a couple of mm everything rests on the top of that nut; the cowling and cowling bolt; if the cowling bolt bottoms out when you screw it back in shorten it by same thats how i went about it

Thanks all. Yes it is the latest revised version.
Other than this fairly minor issue it was very straightforward to fit and is very solid.

Dome head Allen bolt gives a small gap. Hopefully enough. Will keep an eye on it when it's up and running.
