Hi i am running latest muggy186, 28 phbh, ram filter,elec ignition 17", jl3 expansion.The problem is i have to rev her hard to get into power band then it goes well, but living on i.o.w it is hard to ride in normal traffic, question is what exhaust would i need to make it better for town riding.I have a used clubman would that be better, also i want to cut the noise down, had a few moans from local's, any idea's please.

what gearing you using ? might be a question of altering your front sprocket ?

A clubman may be better for round town riding, but again, you may need to alter your gearing to suit.

It's not ideal but try a 14 t sprocket, this will tell you that the TV/SX box is too high at 4.8:1. As long as your chain isn't too stretched and you can take the slack up, then if proves better consider a gearbox change. Repacking the tail can will help with the noise.

You could also try a smaller rear tyre.
