KBA Clubman

Just got a KBA Clubman exhaust to fit an iron 150/175 bored Italian barrel. It's going to need some fettling to fit. Is this normal? Thought it would be a straight forward fit.
I would say its normal.
Mine is 12 ish years old. A tight fit. Needs bits bending and filing
I bought a scooter loopy clamp about 11 years ago from big bad barry.
It seals the u pipe and exhaust. They are very good.
