I have a legshield toolbox and the door rattles. Ideally I think it needs a bit of trim around the lip to prevent vibration. What have people used to solve the problem?

Four little rubber buffers from the local hardware store, drilled and bolted one in each corner, Bob's your uncle!

(Guess it depends on what type of toolbox you have)

That's a good idea. Unfortunately it isn't one of them. Bristolmod seems to have come up trumps at the moment. A bit of jiggling of the lock seems to have tightened it up.
