Over filled gearbox/breather blocked?
Ripped gasket? Damaged gasket face?
Something fouling and not allowing proper joint contact?

DS oil seal leak? A leak down test required?

Give it a rinse, dry off and see if you can blow through it.

Double check for over filling first. Carefully clean all the leaked oil off. Remove breather. Shove a bit of tissue lightly in the hole to stop any splashing. Go for a run round the block.

could be oil from the exhaust if you're running too rich.

"o" ring on the selector arm is always a good one as been said.
