Rear hub

I've got a rear hub in the garage that doesn't have any innocenti markings on it but it does have a trapezoid shape with the letters A and P imbossed on the inside. I have a matching cone and was wandering whether to use or to bin? This has been in the garage at least 15 years so not a recently remade item...
Life shouldn't be a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty, well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, in a cloud of smoke, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, loudly proclaiming: "WOW, WHAT A RIDE"
