Does anyone know if AF Rayspeed are closed on Tuesdays? I've called them around 10 times today but the phone rust rings out after a minute or so. I would email but their website says it's best to phone. I only want to order a part for a 6 plate clutch but you can't actually order anything directly from their online shop

If you know exactly what you want to order, I would send them an email. They've always responded quickly to my emails.
However if you need technical advice, apparently their mechanics only take calls between 5 and 6pm.
Seems a bit backward, but there you go ...

You need to consider that the mechanics are working on jobs and an interruption may cause loss of concentration that may well lead to a mistake. Not only that if you were paying for someone to repair your scooter at some exorbitant rate (maybe) you would not want to pay them to talk to someone.

I wish, I wish our customers thought like this...Tractorman wrote:Not only that if you were paying for someone to repair your scooter at some exorbitant rate (maybe) you would not want to pay them to talk to someone.

i emailed them trying to spend some money on a new barrel + piston, still waiting for a reply 2 months later, bought it elsewhere, must be great to be able to turn away customers.
