Hi, has any one bought anything from scooter center in germany ? do you have to pay any customs charges import taxes etc when it gets delivered . after an RT 195 kit and its the only place that has one in stock.

I bought a disc brake. I never paid import tax as we are in the EU. I think that's correct.
I think i may have paid German tax but it was part of the cost. If i remember correctly.
It was good service.

You pay German VAT (19% I think) and that's it. One of the advantages of being in the EU.

It's cheaper to get it sent from Germany than from London.

Second that, the Germans do some great quality parts and usually cheaper postage than here in the UK??
