I have done this twice before but for the life of me I cant remember what I did.

When filling in a V55/5 form what parts do I fill in. I have downloaded the guide but I'm confused. EG do I fill in the Max net power, power weight, length, width, etc etc.

Could anybody number the parts I need to fill in please
