Just building a polini 177 long stroke 24mm carb revolver exhaust what gearbox do i need got a standard box in will a 22 tooth clutch drive do ok with that

Yeah, you'll be fine.

I run a long stroke Pinasco. Originally it was on a 23/65 P200 combo, but it would struggle to accelerate well in 4th even with a short 4th gear. Iirc I dropped the clutch gear to a 22 and the 4th back to a 35 tooth gear. That's enough to keep it on the power even up steep hills.

For a start Ask TSR what port times the Revolver is designed for and set your kit to match !
Once you have done that you will know where your scoot is making best power and you can sort your gearing to match !
