PHBL jetting

Got a PHBL 24mill carb to go on a SR185 kitted engine.... will be using open mouth with a bell mouth fitted and with a 42mill VW reverse cone exhaust.Any advice on base jetting greatly appreciated.Plenty of guides for 25mill but not much for this size.Thanks in advance.

On my RT195 w/big BGM box
60 choke
50 pilot
98 main
D22 needle 3rd clip down
40 slide
200 float valve
1 1/4 turns out on the slide
1 3/4 turns out on mix
Pod filter on stock bellows
400' ASL
32:1 mix
19deg btdc
You should be able to at least make smoke with this.

That's pretty much straight out of the box (with the exception of the idle and needle) and in line with what we and our customers experience. Very forgiving and easy to set carb.
