Parmakit TSV 187 or Polini Evo 187 seeing as both of them are designed for that to start with.

I have used P2 60mm cranks in 125s.
5mm longer rod and wider inlet web so port can be widened.
just need to fit different small end bearing to convert 16mm rod to 15mm pin. Wiseco do a Yamaha one thats spot on.

You'll see an improvement stroking any of those cylinders. But it's not as if one is better than other as the cylinders are designed to produce power differently.
I can only directly comment on the Malossi and Polini. The Malossi is a still a rev monster, if a bit less so and the Polini is quite a bit torquier.
At this point, if I'm swapping out a crank it's getting replaced with a stroker. Probably my favorite has been a Sprint V with a reworked, standard top end. It wasn't hugely powerful but it would pull from nothing like a stock bike never would, and was a delight to ride.
