Keys cut for PX 200 Zadi lock

Can keys be obtained for this using the plastic that was attached to keys. It has Zadi key number stamped to it.
Lost keys, steering lock is locked as is toolbox, but found the old paperwork tonight a taped to it is the key number bit

Is that aftermarket locks?

If original fitment couldn't a Vespa dealer help?

Thats what I thought, an official dealer would. I'd phoned MSC etc, but nothing.
Went to link Wack 63 suggested, no probs with free post.
