I have no experience of any Vietnamese pipes so can't really answer your question
However, I do have experience of JL and Franspeed pipes (Franspeed pipes are made by JL). They are pretty well made (that's not to say they may not need a fettle here and there, or the occasional weld) and have many satisfied Lambretta owners over many years, in the case of JL pipes.
I have a Supertourer on my TS1. It's a very rideable pipe that keeps in the power throughout most of the rev range. I prefer it to the JL3 I had on before.

Well i had exactly the same dilemma and went for the tsr and am now regretting it.
Yes the tsr comes with 2 swan neck hangers but neither fit mine, im trying to fit it to a gt186 and it just wont line up. the slots are both not forward enough and not long enough in the case of the front one!

I was going to return it but cant now be arsed waiting a fortnight minimum for a refund etc so will have to make a new hanger entirely

Its a real pain in the ass,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,just to fit an exhaust, I spent a couple of hours re drilling a hanger for my jl3 on the gt186, my hanger holes where slotted left to right but I found I had to get the pipe higher to clear the kickstart

Im absolutely sure its down to the stubs.
Standard exhaust stubs are longer, im sure these are designed to fit with the shorter ts1/imola stub.
All the manufacturers have to do is to give us a proper alternative hanger or redesign the first downpipe after the stub to be suited to each stub specifically.
