hope someone can help,
ive just rebilt the scooter and upgraded the carb,
before i was running a 175 cast kit, 24mm pwk carb and twin af clubman, run sweet,
i changed the carb over to a 28mm pwk,
i just done want to blow ahole in the piston or heat seize,
im now running a mugello 186 v4, 28mm carb ( mesh filter) & af reverse cone exhaust,
i am after some basic jetting advice to get me in the ball park,
im currently running the following -
126 main jet
36 pilot jet
jjh needle (3rd clip)
1.5 turns out on the mix screw (approx)

starts really well (choke working)
pulls well but when cruising in 4th starts bigging when want to pull away,

if someone could point me in the right direction with what im running at the moment it would be greatly appreciated,
massive thanks for checking out my post,

tony .

I`d say your main is at least 2 size too big mate,
this is just from memory so I might be slightly off. I`m away at work so I can`t check for you either sorry
My Imola with a 28mm , mesh bellmouth and a NK road.
120 main
38 pilot
JJH middle clip.

Its rich in midrange which is a pain round town .

Yep I`ve got and Li150 box with a 17t front sprocket. That`s fine .
Got an SSC clutch which makes a difference as well .
