I run a 24/63 up-gear kit in my Reed 221 MHR & it pulls like a train... I use the Worb5/malossi primary up-gear kit, combined with DRT Spitfire cluster (12-13-16-20) , and standard px200 1st, 2nd & 3rd cogs with a short 36 tooth 4th.
