Going into a standard piston ported 200 barrel with standard carb and exhaust. Needs to be a rebored so 66mm plus.

There seems to quite a few options out there. Aiming for the 2 thin ring type for the more modern improvements. Asso ones seem popular and a few Indian ones look okayish. The MBD ones seem mostly good but expensive, the head would also need doing and I don't want to do that. The SR ones look good but can't see many for the 66mm plus size.

The SIL Mahle pistons are supposed to be good, if those are the ones you're looking at on SR

used those with no problems whatsoever on standard motors. Good price.

Like the thin ringed pistons as well- again no props
