reed valve kit with a flowed crank

iv been looking at reedvalving my malossi 210 and going to longstroke it but don't want to trash the sealing pad with a reedvalve,
so i was told on here to try and find an old malossi reedvalve or one that matches the normal inlet, then put a long stroke flowed crank in,
so iv found two possibilities -
an MB one from scooter centre - http://www.scooter-center.com/en/produc ... 14*14*1*16
or
an atomic one from tass - http://www.t-a-s-s.co.uk/product_info.p ... ts_id=2453
just wondering which one would be better, also what reeds are best for them and do reeds come in different sizes for them??? i know they come in different thicknesses, just wondering what thickness is best, what reeds are good and which ones fit either of the above,
the crank -
what is more cost effective?
purchasing a flowed mec/tameni 60mm longstroke crank from worb 5 (approx £160ish)
having my pinasco crank fettled with and flowed and having a longer rod fitted to it or an eccentric pin?
