TS1 running in?

Following the recent seizure on my TS1 I have finally finished the rebuild. The scoot was dumped just before the seize so I am happy that the jetting is ok. On good advice I have pressure tested the engine, replaced the cyclinder studs with thinner Vespa studs and I will be upping oil mixture to 4% during running in. How many miles should I be aiming at to consider it properly run in?
An any other running in advice appreciated

What did you do just a clean up . or new rings or send away for a replated . with a new ts1 barrel it is no faster than 55 mph for first 100 miles and no faster than 75 mph for next 100 miles . Then thrash it flat out like would normally . Well thats what I did and have had no problems when I nipped mine and had new rings . col

Dyno'ed doesn't necessarily mean that it is well. After having a bike dyno'ed you should always keep an ear open for pinking and an eye on plug colour for the first couple of hundred miles, especially your first longer, constant throttle runs.

After I built my first Ts1 in 2010 I jetted the carb as I sought. Basically common sense. I took it to get dynoed. My jetting was spot on. I ran it back 30 miles or so. About 15 miles into that journey I put it on the m53 and ragged it all the way home WOT. I knew it was ok then and it has been for last 4 years.

Cheers guys. Done about 60 mile upto now and she is running great but is difficult to start, take about 5 or 6 kicks to start, could this be because I have upped the oil mix to 4%?
