Anyone know of a "blower" installation on a Vespa (or Lambretta for that matter)? Either an exhaust driven turbocharger or a mechanically driven supercharger?

On the two cycle motors at least it seems to me it would be challenging to get more power from either type of installation, with the turbocharger the more complex.

Why would you bother?

Suzuki messed about with them in the 80's, although on 4 strokes, and the fact it's largely forgotten about pretty much tells you the whole story.
