Hi I'm just trying to set up my newly built ts1 with a 30 phbh delly and tsr evo pipe
40 slide, 132 main, 55 pilot, av266 atomiser, x7 needle clip second from bottom, 350 float
does the main seem small if I go much higher it four strokes at 3/4 to full throttle
cheers steve

You say 'much' higher, how much higher? You should go up to the point of it 4 stroking and then back down one size. does it 4 stroke whilst accelerating in the last quarter or just as you roll off the throttle slightly. If it's just that I would say you were there.

it four strokes as I accelerate in the last quarter, ive just upped it to a 135 but havnt tried it yet a 138 was too much,
I thought it was starvation for a while but tried the timed and got just under a pint in a minute

im running an iron lined 200 TS1 with taffspeed pipe jetting :-

main 132
pilot 55
av266
40 slide
70 choke
300 float valve
X7

slightly rich but not fully ran in yet so not be had chance to really check it but mate running same jetting (130 main) with a nickosil 200 TS1 and evo - no problems with it on our Bridlington run out and before that loads of miles on that jetting with a Scootrs pipe.

all sorted now I think, ended up at
main 138
av268
pilot 55
40 slide
70 choke
350 float valve
X7 second clip from top
plug chops etc look good but will be keeping my eye on it
