Cheers lads,

I spent a good cpl of hours with a wire brush on my electric drill,loads of rust! Got a bit back to bare metal but a lot of it had taken hold a little bit.Got what i could off and used KURUST on the floor then left it for 3 hours as the instructions said.Went a bluey/black colour but seemed to kill the rest off. Keyed the surface back and have given it a cpl of coats of acid etch primer for now.Too cold in the garage today so ill give it a cpl more coats tomorrow
