The underside of my PX cutdown floor has been undersealed before but there seems to be rust underneath when i scrape it off.Im going to remove it all back to bare/good metal and seal it again. What am i best to use on there, underseal again? or Red Oxide first then underseal or Stone chip? Im not sure what would work well

It definitely will need some paint first. I would put three coats of brush primer on then re-underseal.

I have some acid etch primer,so i may use that first, then top coat then underseal that.
Sounds like a plan.......

Use a rust convertor first, or you will end up doing it again.

Rust converter, prime and paint then use Tetrosyl - horrible black stuff so don't do it your best togs and wear gloves.
You can get it from most car factors but its good and sets firm so not messy once its on.

No point using a rust converter if you are taking it back to bare metal.
A big risk with those products is that you convert the top layer of rust leaving a nice deposit underneath that keeps on rusting - the same happens with underseal if you aren't careful.

Did you have to do that?

Try using either ankor wax or ACF50 instead. ACF50 is thinner and will need fairly regular applications depending on weather but will inhibit the rust.

Get as much rust off as possible using physical means, wire brush, emery paper etc. Then apply the rust inhibitor and allow to fully dry according the product instructions. Then apply a couple of coats of a decent primer, Finnigan's No1 is ok. Then apply stone chip (NOT underseal) and finally apply a couple of coats of top coat. I did this on my LiS several years ago and my VW Camper years ago, works a treat
