I have a snap-on set that includes taps but I got them in the 70's so they might not do them anymore.

Search for die nuts.
Google will point you in the direction of national tools suppliers like Cromwell or mail order like Tracy Tools.

The benefit is that these dies are split and spring loaded , so that you can open them out over a damaged thread , then wind the die back off so it repairs the thread as it turns off . Loads of standard dies on offer all over the place, but cant seem to find the spring loaded ones apart from USA .
