Setting Up a Standard PX200 Carb

Can any one give me a quick step by step on how to set up the carb from scratch (how many airscrew turns etc). Thanks.
standard carb with standard barrel and exhaust ? if so
Jet as spec
set the air screw at 1.5 out, warm bike up and take it out/in 1/4 turn at a time and see what effect on engine - optimum set between 1.5 to 2.25 outward
