How can original Innocenti GP side panels can be identified. What is the difference to Indian panels ?

Sometimes the back edge is thicker on Indian panels. Although, this might only be noticeable if you see an Italian and an Indian panel side by side. Otherwise the lip on the top edge of the panel is more tightly rolled on the Italian ones. So they say anyway. To be honest you'll probably get variations in both Indian and Italian panels that make it imprecise and difficult to tell with any certainty.
