A mate had his Lambretta GP stolen from his shed along with a lawnmower and tools etc, just outside Boston, last weekend. The thieves cut his security lights and bolt cropped the padlock and must have had a large van to shift all the gear and parked down a farm track at the rear of his property.Interestingly the police had been looking for hare coursers who come to this part of Lincolnshire so there may be a connection? The scooter is a silver Indian GP 200 with an older reg plate ,TNC 46J fitted with a Mugello 225 kit,Dellorto PHBH carb and a stainless Fran/JL pipe . I don't have the frame number at the moment but could get it ,so if anyone sees anything similar for sale or riding around please let me know, thanks

Large vans, hare Coursing, professional burglars, lawn mowers and bikes stolen.
Nope no obvious suspects spring to mind at all.

Hare coursers have started popping up round spalding to they pumped the fuel out of tractor parked up in field this week there is a lot of land after harvest for them in south lincs . Was out pigeon shooting yesterday some turned up but didnt hang about when they found out I was shooting the field . If you ring the police they take for ever to come and they are gone by then . I try to get reg numbers and give to farmer . They seem to be in 4x4 round here but will keep an eye out for vans to .
