When kicking over kickstart jams every other kick. Jams at the top, release pressure, kick again and goes down. Go to kick again and jams and so on.
Also when ticking over, scoot goes backwards..

when it goes backwards its probably over advanced timing (big time over advanced!)
As to jamming when kicking over it could also be due to over advanced timing inasmuch as its trying to "kick back" on compression.
