Just had my series 2 inspected, I called SGS and asked for an inspection, they gave me a date for 2 weeks later. The 'inspector' turned up, really nice fella, all he did was take a picture of the scoot, a picture of the frame number, a picture of the speedo and left. He didn't even stay long enough for a coffee! There was no 'inspection' whatsoever just photo taking, he then told me that he would email the photo's to DVLA and they would issue a V5.
