hi my m8 has a 186 mugello with a 28mm delorto phbh it runs perfect once it is started best way to start is empty fuel bowl and turn tap on then off put choke on and it kicks up third kick if you leave tap on its hard to start and bogs down a lot till you run it a bit its had a new float fitted because it was full of petrol it was 9gm float when you take the bowl off and push the float up it shuts off the fuel any ideas thanks

no m8 but he says if he runs it dry before stopping gives the fuel tap a quick flip on and off puts on the choke it fires up on the 3rd kick I now set the carb on a slight tilt angled forward thanks for the reply Coaster :D
