Gear selector position.

Does this look right? This is it in 2nd gear. Can't get 3rd or 4th

You have got cables the right way round , not back to front on the cable block ?? I did that once before could only get second then first gear col

In second gear the gear selector should be in line with the crankcase stud in the picture
