Corrado I got a 123 main jet, this seems to be what most people are running with a clubman, what do you think

That seems to be around what most would recommend. I was in Rayspeed so picked up a 120, 122, & 125 plus 45 & 48 pilots for you play with, you may want to start with the 125. Start rich and come down slowly is the safe bet. Anyway stay away from main jet for a few hundred miles.

A bit more done nightmare getting the horncover and front mudguard to line up

Made a new holder for the CDI and regulator, wanted to keep it as tidy as possible





Buttoned up the headset at last, all electrics tested and work

Got problems with the rear runners, the kick-start side runner is touching the engine cowling, I will need to get the dremmel out





How much should I take off

Got the dremmel out and cut the rear runner it was tight against the cowl and also rubbing against the exhaust bracket







After a bit of a touch up it’s as good as new
