iknow its been asked before but wondering if anyone had a definitive answer .......do you need insurance to register scoot?
have got nova no and scoot when finished will have mot............
did one last year and as i sold it got the purchaser to insure whilst i registered it in his name
this time i am building another that is sold .......am trying to save time by getting process done

Insurance only needed for Northern Ireland. Did mine earlier this year without insurance.
