carb rubber size diffrence

Could someone please give me a way out (cheap) of a little problem I have with my mini atomic reed block rubber mount and carb size issue? Where the carb goes into the mount the opening is too big approx. 3/4 mm but enough that can't be compressed by the jubilee clip, help!!! Is there a way around this I'm deffo not buying a bigger carb (25mm Dellorto I have) or another reed valve. Thanks in anticipation

i bought a LTH reed block that came with a rubber suitable for a 30mm PHBH , i needed one to fit a Mikuni Tm 24 (or a phbl25), i got one from that nice man at Just lambretta , Corrado on here. excellent price and service (as always)
