this hasnt been resolved but i would like THIS THREAD DELETING as i dont want to prejudice anything from my action to recoup goods or seat. thanks
lots of bad feedback about these guys...... late delivery/not answering e-mails etc...
if i was you, i'd raise it as a dispute with paypal, may well stir them into action
