Just stripped the clutch on my GP and found the clutch flange has got notches worn on the fingers at the bottom

Any ideas whats caused it or is it just normal wear and tear

drag from the steels. Usually caused by hard riding and or clutch slipping. Typically there will be matching grooves from the corks on the outer basket.
