did scarborough scooter rally, there and back on friday and saturday , no breakdowns for me, ran well.

cleethorpes 2017, a realy nice day, scooter ran very well, got a little warm on the way home but was fine, it was a very hot day

Hi holty you no we were on about air leeks well I made some plywood plates to fit the crankcase on that 200 casing that leaked and fit gasket underneath and grease and put more jb weld over the porous welds and let it harden for a couple off days then put 4psi in and no air leeks well a bit out of the piece I put in the main bearing hole but ok I just thought I would test the casing

good work garry, i know some people frown about using jb weld, but others swear by it, ive filled a couple of voids in my rotax conversion with it, i will leak test that when its assembled, im just playing with the exhaust at the moment, it driving me crazy, i will have another go at it tonight i think.

Jesus!! Who welded that Stevie Wonder?
