Jumping out of third gear..................

when under load? Any pointers? Tried adjusting cables.
Sounds like the selector spring, I had the same thing after a new build with all new parts. As soon as the power kicked in it would jump out of 3rd, replaced it with an uprated one from MB and it cured it.
