TS1 questions

Hi All,
Currently running a TS1 without any cowlings and an MB central plug "big head" flywheel is an AF light flywheel with the fins machined off. Franspeed TS1 race exhaust and VHSH 30 plug colour very good
Now what effect do you think the lack of flywheel weight will have on gearing? I'm currently running an Indian GP 200 gearbox with 18 - 46 sprockets giving a final drive ratio of 5.11. The scooter feels like it will puller a taller ratio so was considering a 19t front which will give 4.8
Secondly, the scooter is fitted with an Augusto 6000 with the static timing set @ 24' so making the timing around 17' @ 6000, would a slightly more retarded figure @ 6000 give me more over Rev, if that's the case then I'd leave the gearing as it is as it's pretty good as is, but the performance seems to brick wall at the top of third and fourth gear at about 7000rpm below this the scooter performs very well.
