Just tried fitting SIP rims to a Scootrs disc brake.Whats going on?The supplied studs are too long.By that I mean that the thicker part of the stud that screws into the hub protrudes from the hub, meaning that when I fit the rim to the hub,the protruding stud stops the rim from sitting on the flats of the hub correctly.
Anyone else had this????

So the L/H m10 threads are too long for the hub you are running? I'd measure the thickness of the hub there and compare to another. Do the same for the studs. It sounds more like a bad combination of parts. I run SIP tubless rims on my sprinter with the ScootRS hub. No problems.

Worse case you could shim the stud.
