Nice. My kind of scooter...
I don't know if this is true or not (but I'll put it out there) we were discussing indicators in the pub the other night and someone said that the audible indicator sound was now illegal??

No idea if the buzzer would be illegal or not, they were fitted to a lot of the early t5's as standard so would they have to be disconnected?
Plus what about cars that pull trailers and caravans, lots of them have an audible buzzer fitted?
What may be, is that a buzzer is not a legal warning anymore that you have left the indicators on, ie you must have a warning light on the dash, but that doesn't mean they are illegal if you see what I mean.

Audible sound is perfectly fine for cars, 2CV for example has an 'audible click'.
For a class 1 or 2 though it is not accecptable.
You could fit the indicators so they can be seen from the riding position, and that would mean NO tell tale is required.
Shaun.

How weird. What's the thinking behind that? I'm always forgetting to cancel the indicators on my bike and GTS, a beep would be quite handy.
(Nice scoot BTW)

Both Mine beep and passed with comments about nice to see them as so many forget to cancel, someone at the club told me blind pedestrians may think its safe to cross at a Pelican. Thats if the reversing bin wagon hasn't mowed them down first

Always worth thinking about one of these or similar:

That way you don't annot pedestrians at every corner or set of lights
